1. Added a document bar that shows relevant parts of the text in a condensed pane
2. On Windows Vista and 7, the native 'Open File' interface is now used
3. Added a new Backup type "Full History" that will preserve all file modification history under a sub-folder of the file, hidden, called '__history'

18. Added the property 'EndOfPar' to 'StartStop' definitions in the syntax highlighter to always stop at the end of the paragraph regardless the stop section is found
